New Styling Workshop

Anna Naphtali1 Comment

I'm so excited to announce my newest endeavor, "The Art of Styling." I've been working on this curriculum for quite some time and I am happy to share the release of this class on February 3rd.

I've seen many photographers snub the idea of styling because they think it's just decorating and posing people. This class is the marriage of all the creative processes of a photographer and stylist combined.

You will learn how to train yourself to work

with

your surroundings, atmospheres and subjects to create something beautiful.

The Art of Styling is about becoming a thoughtful photographer covering editorial, food, weddings, people and social branding & blogging.

You can take this course from anywhere in the world with a camera & computer, but seating is limited.

We are also working on workshops in person after the Spring if you prefer hands-on learning and mentoring.

Registration begins February 3rd, Class begins February 17th for four weeks.

I'll be teaching from California at

The Photo Field Trip

the third weekend if you're attending we'll have an in-person meet-up!

This might have been the best dinner party I've ever thrown ;). I cannot thank our vendors, sponsors, guests and friends enough. Katie & the West Elm crew were so helpful. The chefs from Vivace made them most incredible food, I still can't get over it, if you are in town you have to get a martini with their house-made cello and anything off their menu is worth it. Thank you James from Not Just Coffee for bringing your fans and pouring us something special all night. Jude Moses, was a great surprise, and as soon as their album hits I'm going to wear it out. Goldmine always brings the good vibes and amazing food, and I have to say thanks to Kyle Young for helping with the wine selection, I'm still enjoying your choices. And then to finish off the evening everyone went home with a hand-wrapped bouquet from Kelly of Philosophy Flowers

along with a cute owl West Elm mug & Goldmine rosmary sea salt.

Thank you to everyone who came and

participated, what a beautiful night.

Here was our menu for the evening, celebrating 'The Kinfolk Table' cookbook.
